Breema bodywork is a practical approach to unifying ourselves, one that makes use of our innate desire to connect with others in a way that is sincere, natural and nurturing for both people. We will learn and exchange bodywork sequences composed of comfortable, rhythmic leans and stretches and extremely well-supported postures and holds that relax and revitalize the physical, mental, and emotional centers of the giver as well as the receiver. All Breema movements embody nine universal harmonizing principles, including No Force, Mutual Support, Full Participation and No Judgment. Breema bodywork is done in comfortable clothing on a padded floor. It's fun to give and receive, and can be very supportive for daily life with family and friends. Breema's nine principles can be applied to bring more harmony and meaning to any activity or relationship. |

Marcell Shriver, a New Jersey resident, is your average woman. She goes to church, is a mother and has lived a fairly quiet life. Her story is very inspiring, however. Her son, Todd, is a soldier in Iraq and to help keep him and others in the "hot zone" safe, she has come up with a unique idea--Silly String. Silly String, those cans of spray string that you may remember from childhood, can be used by soldiers in the field to detect trip wire bombs. She has started a drive with the help of her husband, her church and thousands of people all around the United States to send as much of Silly String as she can to Iraq. Her story is touching and beautiful, and it reminds us all that the smallest gift can make the biggest difference. Resources Marcell is looking for the names of soldiers in Iraq to whom she can send care packages of Silly String. Please email her if you know someone. Please send donations of money or Silly String to: Marcell Shriver c/o Saint Lukes Church 55 Warwick Road Stratford, NJ 08084 You can order Silly String through Amazon and have them ship it directly to Marcell at the above address. |
