Breema bodywork is a practical approach to unifying ourselves, one that makes use of our innate desire to connect with others in a way that is sincere, natural and nurturing for both people. We will learn and exchange bodywork sequences composed of comfortable, rhythmic leans and stretches and extremely well-supported postures and holds that relax and revitalize the physical, mental, and emotional centers of the giver as well as the receiver. All Breema movements embody nine universal harmonizing principles, including No Force, Mutual Support, Full Participation and No Judgment. Breema bodywork is done in comfortable clothing on a padded floor. It's fun to give and receive, and can be very supportive for daily life with family and friends. Breema's nine principles can be applied to bring more harmony and meaning to any activity or relationship. |
