This talk is based on Darren's first book, Spiritual Journeys along the Yellow Brick Road. In this discussion, the idea that we can choose our adult tribe or emerald city is explored, and the tool for doing this is forgiveness of our childhood tribe which is symbolized in the munchkin village.

In this talk, Darren explores the rich spirituality given to the world by India and discusses how these various traditions are related to yoga and how they differ from the practice.  In addition, Darren looks at the guru-disciple relationship that  is very common in India and how that relationship, when entered into responsibly, can be a useful tool for many who call yoga their spiritual path.
