Our county is at war and the Bush Administration has very loosely defined our enemies as the 'terrorists'.  While the Bush Administration has argued that the 'terrorists' we capture are not in uniform, and thus do not deserve the protection of the Geneva Convention Treaty, the Supreme Court sees it differently.  Because the law can be a very tricky subject for most of us, I have interviewed Tim Mooney, a political lawyer from Washington, DC and the host of the hugely successful Capital Caucus podcast.
